Terms and Conditions & Booking Conditions

1.1. When a booking is made, the "lead name" on the booking guarantees that they have the authority to accept—and do accept—these booking conditions on behalf of all individuals named in the reservation.

1.2. A binding contract comes into existence between us when we issue our official confirmation invoice or reservation voucher following receipt of appropriate payment. This contract is governed by Turkish Law, and the courts of Turkey hold exclusive jurisdiction.

1.3. It is your responsibility to review all details on your confirmation invoice immediately upon receipt and notify us of any discrepancies. The lead name must be at least 18 years of age.

2.1. While Turkey Balloons Cappadocia makes every effort to ensure the absolute accuracy of website information, descriptions, and pricing, minor errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify details at the time of booking.

3.1. It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they possess a valid passport, required visas, transit documents, and necessary health/vaccination certificates before departure.

3.2. Turkey Balloons Cappadocia accepts no liability if you or any member of your party is refused entry into any country or vehicle due to a failure to hold proper documentation or meet health entry requirements.

4.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, trip interruption, and cancellation prior to departure.

5.1. Financial protection and legal licensing for our package holidays and travel services are officially maintained through Tatildokya Travel Agency under Türsab License No: 14620.

6.1. To confirm your chosen arrangements, a non-refundable deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. If booking close to the departure date, full payment via credit or debit card is mandatory.

6.2. Credit Card Security & Deductions: For online card transactions, a 5% operational deduction may apply to card payments under specific refund or cancellation structures (this deduction does not apply to cash transactions). We reserve the right to perform random security checks to prevent credit card fraud.

7.1. Prices are quoted in eligible currencies (TL, USD, EUR) using official exchange rates. We reserve the right to alter prices prior to booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations, supplier shifts, or tax revisions.

8.1. Any request to modify a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing by the lead name. While we will do our utmost to accommodate changes, they are subject to availability and an administrative fee (minimum €50 per person), plus any direct supplier costs incurred. Name changes within 48 hours of departure may incur full ticket reissue or cancellation fees.

9.1. Weather or Safety Cancellations: Turkey Balloons Cappadocia reserves the right to cancel any flight or tour without notice if safety conditions or aviation authorities mandate it. In the event of a weather cancellation, you may choose a full refund, a rescheduled flight for the next day (subject to availability), or a voucher for a future date.

9.2. Voluntary Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your booking voluntarily, cancellation charges apply based on the notice period provided to booking@turkeyballoonscappadocia.com:

9.3. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on banking processing times.

10.1. We reserve the right to make minor modifications or cancel itineraries due to operational requirements or Force Majeure events (unexpected extreme weather, natural disasters, safety threats, or technical emergencies). In cases of major supplier-initiated changes outside of Force Majeure, suitable alternatives or full refunds will be provided.

11.1. Travelers are expected to maintain proper conduct and strictly follow all safety briefings issued by pilots, guides, and ground crew. Turkey Balloons Cappadocia and its service providers reserve the right to terminate the tour or flight of any individual acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or dangerous manner, with zero refund.

12.1. Any issue or complaint arising during your trip must be reported immediately to our resort representative or supplier. If unresolved, formal written complaints must be submitted to booking@turkeyballoonscappadocia.com or our corporate address within 10 days of your return.

12.2. As a member of TURSAB (License #14620), we adhere strictly to professional codes of conduct and regional tourism regulations.

13.1. Turkey Balloons Cappadocia acts as an organizer and reservation platform for hot air balloon flights, daily tours (Red, Green, Blue tours), ATV safaris, horse riding, and transfers. We accept liability only for direct negligence by our core personnel, within the boundaries established by Turkish law and international transport conventions. We are not liable for unverified third-party local excursions booked independently outside our official offerings.

14.1. All text, imagery, graphics, logos, software, and content displayed on turkeyballoonscappadocia.com are protected under international copyright and trademark laws belonging to Turkey Balloons Cappadocia and Tatildokya Travel Agency. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial scraping, or content distribution is strictly prohibited.
